IN FOSTER IN SOUTHAMPTON

Kevin came to us in an awful state, having been rescued from an unsuitable home by a caring couple with the intention of placing him in rescue where he could find a home more suitable for his needs.  Poor Kevin has bad skin and is scratching himself raw.  We’re currently working to make him comfortable, and until we get his skin issues under control he wont be available for adoption.

Kevin is a little star – despite his discomfort he is very sweet tempered and loving, and is absolutely wonderful with children.  He is good as gold in the home, and doesnt mind being left for reasonable periods – he’ll greet you with his favourite teddybear on your return!

UPDATE – little Kevin has responded well to treatment and is no longer sore and itchy – now that he is comfortable he has blossomed into a happy, playful little dog.

However, his immune system is severely compromised and he is fragile,  so we have decided that Kevin will stay in sanctuary with us for life.
