IN FOSTER IN GATESHEAD

Look at Finn and fall in love – this boy is pure joy!  Finn is very much a typical terrier – he has a lot of energy and loves a good walk.  He’s looking for an active family home where his energy will have full outlet – no couch potatoes please!  Finn is looking for a life full of adventure!  He isnt a great fan of car rides and will voice his displeasure, so ideally his new home will have plenty of countryside walks on the doorstep – or a sturdy set of earplugs!  He’s quiet on the way home, so the fuss may be excitement.

Finn can live with another dog, or be an only dog.  He has no aggression in him at all, even if another dog has a go at him – he will just run away.  He loves children and would make a lovely family dog.

The not-so-good side of Finn – he is an escape artist; he will go walkabout if he possibly can and once loose he will run and run  very fast.  Anyone wishing to adopt Finn absolutely must have a secure garden and fully understand the need to secure doors – for this reason we would ask that any children in the home are older and able to understand that care must be taken when opening doors, so that he isnt let out by accident.  Finn can jump and dig – if he can find a way out he will.

Finn is not cat tested and our rescue policy is not to rehome an untested dog where there are cats – this also applies to small furries of any kind; Finn is a terrier and instinct will out.

If you would like to offer Finn a life full of adventures please fill in the form below.  Homecheck and £250 adoption donation apply.  PLEASE NOTE – Finn is with our Northern branch; due to his dislike of car trips we are looking for a Northern home for him.
