Buddy is a lovely old gentleman.  He’s quiet and unassuming – just so long as you’re not a cat!  Buddy has a heck of a prey drive and cannot live with cats or any other small furries under any circumstances.  He walks well on lead but doesnt go off lead due to his desire to chase.

Buddy is in foster with other dogs but would really prefer to be the only dog in the home.

Buddy has an odd deformity on his front paws – he has some missing toes, but the claws are present so we think this is a birth defect.  His paws are sensitive and he hates his claws clipped with a passion.  He can also be grumpy over food – this is easily managed by leaving him alone when eating, and not providing long lasting chews.  However, for this reason as well as his age, Buddy is looking for a home where there are no young children or visiting children – any young people must be at least teenage.
